Welcome to Totally The Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Visiting, booking, or participating in services or events constitutes agreement with the T&C.

2. Eligibility

• Guests must meet age and health requirements for certain services (details below).

• Parents/guardians must accompany minors under a specified age.

3. Reservations & Payments

• Online booking required for all services, packages and memberships.

• Valid credit card required at the time of booking to hold appointments.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations/reschedules.

• No-shows or late cancellations are subject to a $30 fee charged to the card on file.

5. Salt Therapy & Infrared Sauna Use

• Not recommended for people with certain medical conditions without physician approval (e.g., pregnancy, pacemakers).

• Proper hydration is encouraged before, during, and after use.

• Footwear: barefoot or socks only in the salt room.

• Sauna attire: swimsuit or towel required.

6. Health & Safety

• All rooms are cleaned regularly using non-toxic, hospital-grade disinfectants.

• Guests must follow staff instructions and posted safety guidelines.

• Memberships auto-renew unless canceled in writing 30 days in advance. Email us at hey@totallythespa.com

• No cancellations mid-term once committed.

• Guest passes must be used with the member and they expire monthly (no rollovers).

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Discounts (e.g., for events or add-ons) are only valid during an active membership.

7. Pop-Up Event Participation

• Vendors are independent and not directly affiliated with Totally The Spa.

• Event details and offerings may vary and are subject to change.

• Tickets (if required) are non-refundable unless event is canceled by the spa.

8. Assumption of Risk

• By participating, guests acknowledge the potential risks associated with wellness services and release the spa from liability for injury or adverse effects.

• Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• A signed waiver may be required before using certain services.

• Guest data is used for appointment management, marketing (with consent), and wellness recommendations.

• Information is not shared or sold to third parties.
